Bought 2 within 6 years, this is my third... Not the best product given I'm spending £200+ every 2 years or so, given that I only have 2 tills a day going through it... But unfortunately there is nothing like it on the market. Keep it clean, warranty not useful.

Securikey Mini Vault Gold FR Size 2K Safe, Good domestic safe
Just changed from a smaller size of the same make & model that I have had for over 10 years to a larger size. Good compact safe with adequate rating for fire and security.
Having worked in the insurance sector for over 30 years I finally decided to buy a home safe and would not consider anyone other than Barrington Security. Very heavy (93 kg) - which is good / Phoenix Galaxy Keylock & Electronic Safe Series Range
Very heavy (93 kg) - which is good. Very thick door - good. Very deep lock, long key - good. Walls steel sheets seems to be not very thick (like 1 mm) - do not know how important is it. There is a concrete under them which is probably very hard to saw. Fixing bolt requires a drill 20 mm - not easy to find. But it is strong.
Perfect - does exactly what we were looking for without the weight issues of a safe. Sturdy and practical given the interior space and flexibility over shelf height. Recommended.

Excellent Cabinet, the most amazing aspect is the build quality. weighs nearly 300KG and is solid as a rock. I have had previous cabinets and they are light and flimsy compared with this safe. I would highly recommend this safe for the person who has more than a couple of Firearms etc and wants the added space. I also found Mark in Barrington a pleasure to deal with and helped me with any queries I had and provided a very efficient and swift service.

Excellent item / SecuriKey Turnbull KeyLock Gun Cabinet Range
Did a lot of searching for safes that would fit the space I had available that met my security needs - i.e. nothing flimsy! I already have a Lokaway LCH1 safe and needed something for ammunition. This safe, although a little narrow and only really able to fit 4 shotguns, is perfect. It fits my space and is very robust because it is 4mm all round! I couldn't find any reviews on the internet really so ordered anyway as cheapest place I could find. It arrived today and I am very impressed. Separate handle for the door bolts so no stress on the key, nice finish and a free trigger lock. I had two Brattonsounds before and compared to this they are very "light duty" - although they offer far more size choices. I would certainly recommend this brand and had great service from Barrington.

All round great quality product, good value and prompt service.
I have had this unit for several months now with no faults or issues.
On the odd occasion it will count one less note in a bundle of a few hundred but it's always best to re check notes a second time and manually by hand a third just to be sure.
The speed settings when changed from 1 to 3, for crisp, level notes , is unreal, so fast, just zooms through them ! I have not had any chance to test the UV fake note detection function yet but otherwise everything works well.

Phoenix Fire Commander FS 1903E Good sturdy unit
I have had this model for a few months now and no issues so far.
Decision of the unit took some thought because of space constraints and old building lobby dimensions. After a string of emails and phone calls back and forth with Mark I had all my queries answered and I was happy with the selection I got.
Given the bulk and weight nature of the unit we had some difficulty getting it into the room it was delivered to but it was nothing the delivery men couldn't sort out with a crowbar and rollers.
The build of the unit is good, and I hope I never need to test it to it's fire proof capacity but it certainly seems to be sturdy enough to withstand one.
The only main downside of the unit is its lightweight plastic handles and the electronic key code face & clips holding it in place which slightly cheapen the appearance of sturdiness of the unit, but I wouldn't let this put anyone off buying the product.

I had seen Burg Wachter before - perhaps in Germany - and thus I had decided what exactly I wanted to buy. I dealt with Barringtons because I could see from their website that they have a solid reputation in the security business and the price for 2 small units was fair and then everything fell into place with the execution of my order.
If I was in the market again and it was practicable to deal with Barringtons I would not look any further......

I am very pleased with this gun cabinet as it satisfied several of my (quite specific) requirements . I really only required a 3 gun storage unit, but this one accepts 5 in quite compact dimensions compared to other 5 gun units, and was accommodated without being overly intrusive when space was at a premium. Additionally, our home insurance required a safe (valuables) to be installed, and this particular gun cabinet is also 'cash rated' therefore doubling up as a valuables storage unit. There is a separate compartment at the top for small items, which is also independently lockable. Many gun cabinets, although very secure, are not certified to hold anything of value and hence will not be insured under many policies. It is also quite a high cash rating as most other cabinets are at the £1000 mark.
From a functional point of view, it is nice to have one lock that operates the door, and the action is very smooth. Installation was very straightforward although I required different bolts to the ones supplied due to my property design/wall composition.
I ordered this on-line and was very pleased with the price which included shipping, and the speed of delivery which only took 2 days!
The rod holder is nice feature on the back of the door, but I find certain heads are difficult to fit into the bracket (Payne Galway) however, there is plenty of room inside....
I would recommend this product.

They were very helpful and the safe was delivered at least two days before I expected it. I have no absolutely no reservations about recommending their Company to anyone wishing to buy a safe.
I bought a BURG WACHTER Pointsafe P4 E FS to replace a smaller Securikey Mini Vault. I am pleased with my choice as the extra capacity is what I required. The safe is not the easiest to programme but once the ‘Master Code’ is changed and it is in ‘programming mode’ the setting of the ‘User Code’ is straightforward. I am however rather disappointed with the ‘Finger Scan’ facility. Sometimes the door will open on the second or third ‘swipe’ but often it takes ten, twenty or up to fifty swipes. As a result, I tend to use the User Code. I tried deleting the fingerprint scan and adding my fingerprint over again, but the result is the same even though the LED light flashes each time to confirm recognition. This is rather frustrating as I was hoping that my wife could use that facility, but in fairness I have not yet introduced her scan to the safe. Hopefully her ‘print’ will be more acceptable than mine. In any case she is happy with the ‘User Code’ and the extra space.
A question to the manufacturers of safes in general. Why are the interiors of almost all safes finished in a gloomy, dark grey or black? Is this for some obscure security reason which escapes me? I certainly miss the more practical, bright cream/white of my previous safe.

Have received the most beautiful Burton Luxury Safe from Barrington Security. Every detail in the finish is cared for, and I love to store my jewelleries, watches etc. in the drawers with custom interior. A pleasure every time I open it and I believe for many years on. The service of Barrington security through the proces was extremely good and very kind. Even during production time of the safe I received updates of how long they were in the proces. It is a rather expensive safe but I felt both service and quality lived up to that.
We purchased the safe with combination dial which may take a bit more getting used to but saves worrying about losing or hiding keys.

We purchased our new safe after the old key pad packed up and I was unable to find the original manufacturer to get a replacement. Our new safe arrived bang on time and we immediately installed it using the security bolts provided.
